Animated banner for “Unbroken” movie with a cool idea of a masking picture!

After watching Unbroken trailer a lot of times, we started thinking about a running man and our main idea was based on it.
But how to create an animated “running man” mask, especially in short time limit?
So, we found a short animated video on YouTube, with a running cartoon character and made per-framed screenshots. Our team colored the character with black and saved as .png with transparent background.
Then we imported it to flash and traced bitmap, frame by frame.
Also we changed the head and synchronized it with the body movement
